In this week's challenge you must Drink Aloe Vera Juice Everyday . Aloe vera juice is rich in natural nutrients and fiber with great medicinal value. Drinking Aloe vera juice provides essential nutrients and vitamin to maintain healthy skin. It helps to retain skin elasticity, delays ageing process and build the immune system of the body. The anti-inflammatory properties of the juice provide relief from arthritis.It is colorless to pale yellow liquid with suspended fibers and have a blend, slightly astringent, bitter taste with characteristic acidic odor. How to make aloe vera juice:


  1. Wash the aloe leaf and cut down the sides to remove thorns.
  2. To remove the aloe crystal slowly peel both sides. The inside will be very slimy, this is normal.
  3. Remove all green peel and cut into one-inch cubes.
  4. To make aloe vera juice: place 6-8, one-inch cubes in the blender with about 6 cups of filtered water. Blend until the aloe crystal has been fully incorporated. If you'd like, you can flavor with a squeeze for fresh lemon or lime.
  5. To freeze for future use: place on a tray in one layer and freeze for 3-4 hours. Remove from tray and store in an airtight plastic bag. These frozen aloe cubes could be used as ice cubes for your drinks, or as a healthy addition to your smoothies.
