7 Day Water Challenge


In this week's challenge you must drink 8 glasses of water everyday for an entire week Your body is composed of roughly 60% water. That means when we are dehydrated- and most of us spend our days constantly dehydrated to some degree - we are affecting the performance of the majority of our body. Nearly all of our systems do not function as well without the proper water intake. Here'ss a small list of reasons why drinking water consistently is a beneficial thing:


Benefits of drinking water

To make this challenge a little easier you can include green tea, herbal teas, or fruit juices that are low in sugar to your daily intake of water. Please note that drinks that are high in caffeine do not count as water intake as it is a diuretic.
Note: Typically 1 glass of water is approximately 8 ounces.

Here are some suggestions to help you with this weeks challenge!

  1. Adding fruits such as strawberries, oranges etc. to your water
  2. Adding lemon slices to your water
  3. Adding mint or spinach to your water Herbal teas

2. At the end of the week, you can declare if you have completed the challenge. You can only mark a challenge as completed from midnight on Sunday to midnight on Tuesday.

3. Every week, the participants that complete the challenge will be recognized on this page.
