    Breathing is something we all do in our daily lives, but still it’s something we rarely pay much attention to.
   Focusing on breathing is an essential tool for wellness because it is one of the only ways to connect the mind and the body. 
        
There are several benefits involved with breathing exercises to list a few: 
	- Breathing releases tension.
 
	- Breathing relieves emotional problems.
 
	- Breathing improves posture.
 
	- Breathing strengthens the lungs.
 
	- Breathing relaxes the mind/body and brings clarity.
